What's new

• Join step 2 now forces a choice of three tracks (Back us / Partner with us /
• Step 3 no longer dead-ends — always offers "Become a Founding Backer".
• Record the chosen path on leads.track; surface it in admin + CSV.
• Homepage: "Back us" in its own header (it doesn't use MarketingHeader),
• Welcome email offers all three paths instead of linking back to the form.
